In the summer of 2012, Andes began work on their sophomore album, "Castlevania," at the band's own recording studio, and with Stan Kleja at Audible Images Recording Studios, in Pittsburgh. They finished recording the album in 2013. The album was mixed by Alex Smolinski of Wonder Wonder Sound, in Milwaukee, WI and mastered by MasterDisk's Andy VanDette, in New York, NY. Alex's credits include work on Butch Vig's Emperors of Wyoming, Lola Ray, Gym Class Heroes, and Nada Surf. Andy has mastered work by David Bowie, the Beastie Boys, and Atomic Tom, among others.
